Got my htc today, great phone. One issue i am having is that if someone calls me it comes up as unknown even with the number calling stored in my phone book. Because of this i cant recieve or send texts either. How do i sort it?

Some manufactures fit a dummy third brake light from factory, just part of the styling, thats why you cant fail them unless you can prove its connected, without removing trims etc.

Cant fail the centre stop lamp unless the tester can see thats its connected which he cant, replace the spring, take the car back and tell them the stop light is not connected.
