Just do what I did then. It just came up on the main screen once I'd put the disk in. Comes up with ps5 and PS4 version on the home screen once the download is done and the game is installed. I've since deleted the PS4 version and the PS5 version loaded fine.

You got the PS4 disk? I just put mine in to the PS5 and the free upgrade option appeared. (Or Xbox equivalent?)
