No, absolutely nothing to do with it. the adjuster is broken. There is a little motor and cog in the heeadlight, the cog is probably broken.

Its probably not this but have you checked they are connected - sometimes when you take the bumper off you forget to re connect them. There is enough of a gap under the passenger side of the bumper to check the connection. Edit - Are you and your friends coming to Trax on Sunday?

You will find the speed the cruise is set to is correct, but the dials over read. Have a satnav on and compare the speeds and you will see what I mean. Minus shouldn't cancel the cruise.
