back box has come off the cup, took it for a drive, feels quicker but ther power delivery seems alot smoother, less kick at 5k. isthis going to be the case if i fit a decat and full system?

thats cool, not knocking it bud, i personaly remember things like torque and bhp. good for people who are wanting an idea of how much "power" there car has.

a539s all round;-) good for some basic track action too, as long as you know not to go pushing it to hard in the wet. had odd tyres on the rear of an old car of mine, used to get unstable. always try and have the same tyre all round now
nice built cars but not great performers, in a diff league to the clio tho. ive had a tustle with a local leon cupra r 225bhp and my cup has no problem with that. it does seem to pull off out of corners a bit quicker, putting that down to the turbo but like some1 else said, when the cup comes on...
depends where you get a power run, dnt think hes bothered about the power, its a hill climb car and it does run very consistent 11s on the strip when he actually runs there. terminals are @ 119mph too. thing is mental mind. good chap and a mate of mine.
why is there a 5k kick when driving 1*2s? is it just the point at the engine can make use of the air coming in? i cant see it being the vvt as that comes on at 1800rpm and swithces off at 6500 rpm and as far as im aware is used to give better low down torque and responce? any one explain it?
