Are you saying you are taking the needles off the dials or you are taking the whole dials cluster off. The cluster just clicks back in to place doesnt it with two pivot points at the top and a screw at the bottom.

You need to go to the superhub webpage and then log in , click advanced settings , click on wireless radio , then you will see this page: obviously change it to best range. I very much doubt you will ever actually need more than 54mbps.

They are a pain to remove , cut the outside and inside then you will see a load of copper braiding, keep pulling the braiding out with a small screwdriver and eventually you will be able to remove the inside magnet and then the abs sensor will be loose enough to pull out.
