I had to send them a few screenshots of where it had turned itself off. They had no issues replacing it though. They also replaced the lens a while back as it was getting dirt behind it. Again, no issues with replacing and had it back both times within a week.

My battery was awful after one of the updates, turning the phone off at 50% at times. Spoke to Huwai and they replaced the battery as it was in the 2 year warranty still. I get a full day out of it now with moderate use.
