Regardless of camera, you'll want a wide angle lens.
Something like a Sigma 10-20. A tripod and a shutter release ideally, although the release isn't essential, it is handy.
Are you set on the Nikon? I'm not sure on their lenses and the autofocus system, iirc some of the cheaper models...
I might bite the bullet and go out and buy a digislider soon.
Around £550 including the stepper motor and control box. All I need to do is hook it onto my tripod, attach camera and press go.
Works as a move shoot move and have full control over everything. Perfect for timelapse.
They're not the same quality though.
Massive difference between the zoom ranges too. You won't get the same quality at 55mm on both.
I used to love my 55-250. Produced some really good images for a cheap lens.
Picked this up today in Sainsburys using the double up nectar vouchers so it only cost me £21.
Just waiting for the update to download. Played a bit as Vader (carrying on playing without the update) but that got very boring very quick.
If I don't like it, I'll trade it in over the weekend...
Exactly the reason I think I'll leave it. Someone might get it me for xmas but I won't be buying it myself.
If I want an online shooter, I'll stick BF4 on.
Well the 6P is 5.7" . I can't imagine them going under 5.5" for the next one.
Loving mine so far though. Hammering it in work the last couple of days, browsing here, Twitter etc, games, music to and from work, and still has charge before I go to bed. With the use I give it, it'll never get two...
The fingerprint sensor is absolutely superb. Lightening quick and only one 'false read' - compared to my work's iPhone 6 which rarely gets it right (I may as well not use it on there tbh and just use the pin).
Battery is on 22% now, fairly heavy usage throughout the day too. Says it will go on...
Picked my 6p up today.
Initial thoughts are the size, coming from a 5 and with child like hands, its pretty big bit I'm sure I'll get used to it.
Camera seems alright, much better than the previous. I've not touched the video yet though.
Battery, can't realy comment as its been on a couple of...
Went to CPW on way home from work. They don't have any in stock and don't know when they will be getting any. It's a new store and I think I would have got more sense if I'd asked next door at Sports Direct.
Website says 13 November. It was the 3rd last time I checked.
A couple from me.
This morning - horrible weather!

And October, remembering to do this daily is harder than I thought!

Had a look at this recently but the contract prices are ridiculous compared to the Nexus. Specs look alright though but not enough to warrant the price hike regardless of how good the camera will be. Battery is a lot smaller than the 6P too.
The wife has a Z3 compact and loves it. I think she'll...
Cheers. It'll be on my 6d which is pretty handy at low light. I've never used it for portraiture before. I'll have my 50mm 1.8 and I think I'll have a friends 85mm 2.8 as other options.
The wife is also shooting with her 24-70 & 70-200, both 2.8 on another 6d so we should get something decent...
I'm doing a wedding for some friends and was thinking of just using my 24-105L - Think it'll be sharp enough @Jay_A ? Going to have to get my flashes sorted and get some practice in before the day. A dark castle late December! I just hope there's a clear sky for a shot I want to try at night...
Bee isn't sharp - It never will be using cheap filters though - they rarely do a good job. If you want to shoot macro, get a dedicated lens.
The Sunset shot - the sun is blown out and everything else is a tad underexposed. A Grad filter would help with that.
Autumn - Only needs a bit of...
Yeah the N4 is still a pretty strong phone.
The only thing that's gone wrong with my Nexus 5 (2 years old and heavy daily use) is the battery.
£7.50 and a 5 minute job to swap it has sorted it.
I have a dslr with me daily and can transfer images to the phone if I need to upload a decent...
Cheaper than a Note 5 though.
Some comparisons on here. Very little in it between the N5 & 6P.

I'd trade the ever so slightly better screen and multi tasking of the Note 5 for a better battery and no Touchwiz...
I like that but Nova Pro cutsom actions means less swiping etc.
Been told I'm working overtime again.. CPW say stock due in Nov 10th. Hopefully I'll have a day off then.
Looks like I'll have to wait a bit for mine unless I finish work early as I've been told I'm staying on shift for another week. I'll have to make sure I've got a micro sim ready then. Should just be a case of o2 swapping numbers over though I think, a relatively easy job...
