You can unlock an ECU for the car to start. Check in G4Z thread in the Common faults section as he needs a new ECU.

Sunroof, common problem, seal the ariel, if it still leaks, unscrew the sunroof and clean up and reseal. Heating controls, no just need to undo the two screws for the radio bit then lift that off, then the other torx undo under that and the controls pull out at a slight angle, just swap them...

You realistically should remove the seatbelts and certainly the buckles, as if they buckles are still there realistically you can test them and if there isnt a seat belt then thats a fail. So remove seatbelt and buckles and no fail as they cannot be tested if they are not present.
