Climb in the back and unscrew the plastic cover and unlock it by hand, there's a metal level that locks & unlocks it, just pull/push it and it should open the boot. Usually when the boot lock goes it's the solenoid which is £30 from Renault, but it doesn't normally make the lock noise when you...
