I'd be up for a local meet prior to that if we can get numbers together, I recall Dann2707 mentioning he'd get a meet organised soon but just noticed he isn't the area admin anymore! But yeah I'd be keen for a meet.
Think I'm just going to get a Saturday ticket for Cliosport Fest and blast over...
Been playing this at a pals house recently as I'm too stingy to buy it outright. Game is really good, but I also hate it. For the rally stages, can absolutely smash one course then the next completely total my car, messing up the entire rally time-wise. The rally cross events are fun, you can...
Didn't realise there was a topic for this game, been playing this online consistently for the past year and a half, just hit level 900 as of last night!
If anyone still plays my GT is SavageFingers1, been in a club called waki ever since I started out. Mostly play online with a lot of friends...
Great first car mate, I had a 1.2 Dynamique as my first motor and just bombed around in it stock for a couple of years, I was then able to afford to insure a 172 Cup, worth the wait!
Edit - 'Bombed' as in 'careful driving to build up my no claims'
Plenty of motors to look at tonight at Squire's JDM meet, snapped a few of the peaches:
Mini was literally a mini shell dropped on to an MX5 chassis, Mazda engined too. We couldn't work out what the motor was parked behind it though, any takers? We were thinking Opel.
Recall convoying down to a Clio meet a few years back with him in Birstall Leeds, he had a PH1 172 with a 182 rear end (!) at the time. Awesome to see him doing well, enjoy his videos too.
@leeds_182, you were there in a Golf GTI!
Cheers pal! Probably not, wasn't near the A64 on Fri.
I saw you a couple weeks ago, late one night, you gave it some stick down the dual carriageway after Seacroft Tescos towards Xgates, I heard you before I saw you!
Was at Harewood last Sunday for the hill climb, and had a potter around the car park to see what I could find. I've included some pit pictures too, not really spotted as they were competing but awww well, shiny hillclimb motors are still appreciated I'm sure, although phone pictures:
