    Exhaust popping with standard cat?

The exhaust was blowing last MOT from mani to cat but that was all sealed up, i'll have a look at it but the pops were coming from the back not from under the car.

    Exhaust popping with standard cat?

No, I always use 97 ron as the car runs like sh1t if I use normal fuel, i've always thought that pops and bangs were normal with decats.

    Exhaust popping with standard cat?

My exhaust popped twice today as if it was burning unspent fuel, thing is I have a standard cat? I've often thought I heard it doing this but just ignored and put it down to having a loud exhaust, (GDI/Piper Stealth) Anyone know why it would pop with a standard cat?

    My New Car

The exhaust is made by Irmscher, Vauxhall/Opal tuning house. It's aftermarket'ish, approved by Vauxhall/Opal, I had an Astra SXI before I got the Clio.

I'd be up for this, ive never been on any track before, quite fancy a blast and seeing what 1/4mile time my cars capable of. Even if it's july or aug i'm up for it, although June 5th would be good for me as it's 4 days before my birthday which means I might remember it this year.

It makes the car quieter so it complies with eu drive by noise regulations, most people remove them so they can get more air to there induction kits.

Possible new splitter found!! (Skoda Fabia)

Re: Possible new splitter found!! How would you fit it then? Gaffa tape it on then drill straight through the splitter and the bumper, or drill them both separately? Im good with a socket set but drilling holes in my car is a bit daunting.

    v6 airbox filter

I researched the JMS setup to see if I could put it together cheaper, I couldn't, it was more expensive. Also the only part I couldn't find was the filter. Whats wrong with ordering it from JMS?
