Rear seatbelt locked up, will it pass MOT?
If you remove them you have to remove seats and belts to pass. All belts are tested so will need to be fixed or removed. I can't help with the pre tensioner question I'm afraid.- daveski

Nope I have a bottle complete with washers I got from BIGASH ages ago to replace the leaky one in my 172, never did as managed to repair the one that was in there.- daveski
