That guide is basically what I did in my old Astra. Much better than having them on with side lights

Can you see any flat spots on them? Could take it to a tyre place to see if it can be balanced out?

It looked light footwell lighting! I got rid of the car in 2006 so we're talking a long time ago, I dont have pictures. It really is as simple as I said, they're 12v and dont draw a lot of current so can just be connected to the interior lights. Hiding the wires is easy, the difficult bit is...

Whats with all the cup holder hate? I use them all the time. Phone is in all the previous places mentioned, dont have a specific place
