Nope im not and a genuine renault body shop was a bit less as i work for them, but im not paying as someone hit me and im having a few bits done on them

my cars going in for repair on monday bumper £150 head light £80 and with labour and VAT it comes to £813

yea the saftey pull on mk 2 ph 1 had a metal pull that corroded and on ph2 this is plastic

if you order parts from renault before 11 its next day

you got a mk2 ph2 by the looks of it pete i would say check the drain tubes push down on the roof along the egde of the sunroof frame if it opens to a gap then it the frame at fault

no went the car was at normal operating temp and you were driving it would be fine, if the car was left to idle/no throttle then the temp gauge would drop down bit by bit. checked the sensor using clip and that seemed fine, so i fitted a new thermostat and it seems to be fixed.

I just fitted a thermostat for the same kind of fault if the car was idleling when up to normal temperture the needle would drop down (temp sensor was woring correctly) went you give it a good rev the needle would go back up.

ummm yea theres a few going about in bristol at the mo and i dont think there on here.

you can match it to the vin they have a code on the label that is only for that radio thats how if its had a new one you can get the code.

Nezza was it you that PM me the other day? sorry i dont think i replyed the code is proberly wrong if the code doesnt work, if it was replaced under warranty then it wont be on the system and you need the code off the side

Did it have tints, and was it ph 1 or 2?

if ur code is 1234 then using the buttons on the front of the radio press 1 once 2 twice 3 three times 4 four times and then press and hold six.

never had one oversteer that bad, clios do like lift off oversteer though

there are little pin switches when you open you doors it opens the switch to bring on curisty lights etc its mounted just under the door catch on the b pillar on the body of the car and theres one on the boot left hand side on the plastic trim half way up

From what your saying it sounds like ESP or traction control light cups dont have it.
