If they have made the mistake and you ordered 70mm amd received 76mm, then yes they should.

Ah sorry, my apologies. I thought you had the silicone pipe! Yes, you need to have a 70mm ally pipe. It's the only size you need.

As above, you need a ally joiner to fit from you filter to your silicone bend. Its in the link a few posts up :)

Yes, that's correct. Obviously you'll need jubilee clips for the throttle body, ally joiner and filter. 4 in total, 60-80mm.

Does your filter have a neck? Or is it open? If the latter, then yes you need 2. If your filter has a neck, it'll just slide into the silicone bend.
