Cheers all, I'm getting happier with it. Project thread will be updated this week with what I've done recently and what's on the list going forward.
Cheers again

New alloy bonnet, cup spoiler and rear bumper all fitted. Slapped on the refurbished F1's, got a years ticket on it with no advisories and went for a spin!

You mean Gerrards at Mallory? That's supposedly the engine killer although done it several times on full slicks and I'm not exactly a wheelman but there was some sustained lateral g and engines not gone bang. Was same on my old f7 turbo motor, no issues!
Lol, just realised after reading the thread back, fitted 10mm hub spacers to the car last year and totally forgot..... so that's 26mm rear spacing, thought it looked a bit wide, flol!!
I'm considering full original, so no spacers, original springs, pattern mild steel exhaust, remove colour coded strips and return orange to side repeaters and front indicators. And back to original spoiler..... But not yet!
No rubbing issues as yet, but literally just driven it off drive and...
Well back enough into one piece now, outstanding are to try to bleed the brakes again and needs new rear discs, probably a bit more of a fettle with the exhaust but save for that she's back up and running!
To then be consigned to the back of the drive for winter! Lol!! Fail!
Couple of last...
Well, dragged her out finally as the track car was back in one piece and could be shifted off the drive it the way.
Refurbished wheels fitted and brakes checked over. So in theory ready for an mot. Only slight issue is seems to be bit of an oil leak coming from the engine somewhere, so I need...
moved under her own steam for the first time tonight, up the road and back.....
no bonnet, brakes awful, weights on the front wheel catching caliper on one side and then the lashed up exhaust fell off...…….but god I love it! so chuffed just to get it moving.
more work on bleeding the brakes...
Sad times
Nearly sold mine over last few months due to having the saab and enjoying wafting about. Came to the crunch though and just couldn't let it go even though mines not a patch on yours!
No idea that's just what came with the kit. Believe you can buy correct ones from jamsport but chap I bought the kit off measured these up instead and worked at a machine shop so me modded them to fit at work so cost him less.
05-10-2018 Brakes built up
Spent an hour this eve getting the wilwood 4 pots, ds 1.11 pads and modified avensis discs all bolted up to the car.
Tomorrow's plan weather depending is to sort fluid and get the thing rolling!
Cheers
