Central locking problem

I'm having issues with the central locking on my new 182. It works. It locks both doors and boot, however the drivers door doesn't unlock. Passenger door and boot are fine. They both open. I'm having to reach in and open the drivers door from the passenger side.

Any ideas what the problem could be?

Knackered solenoid in the lock mech so it won't actuate to open but will to lock at a guess.
