Probably not a lot! Ph1 in general are getting rarer. One thing I would so is remove the inner rear quarter panel and check to see if it has any rust. These are a main issue on these now.

Well in that's case, my issue was a knackered throttle body gasket which you've ordered. Mine was creating an air leak, thus having the issue in the video. A new gasket was ordered and problem was solved. I was also having the same issue in neutral, like you.

They are £67 new if you use that link above mate, your probably going to have to drop in price. 20mm is the perfect size for the fronts IMO.

I know exactly what you mean. They look too big and they don't suit the bumpers, like the do on the bonnet. It's @Barron car in the bud, so he might be able to shed some light on the pitkings too.

@-D4N- Had some on he's old ph2 172 track car and they loved really good, although I think he got he's from America. The ones in the link are pretty similar tbh.

Looks like a yozza exhaust. Quite rare now if so. Got any closer pics of it? I'd be a paying member if I was you mate. You get access to the whole sit including the guides section, which can be great if your building a track car. Either way there is plenty of advise and helpful people on here.
