I found the mtec to be brighter than the osram.

My mistake, I had the ones in your cart. With bulbs it's all trial and error on the ph1's.

They are slightly yellow. The picture is not a true colour. Perhaps the cosmos blue ones will be whiter but I haven't tried these to comment.

Yes they are half the price of osrams. I had osrams in mine and changed to the mtec ones which I thought was better. Bare in mind though that you wont get that white look from these bulbs. If you want that then it'll have to be a HID kit I'd say. These are much better than the standard candles.

Halfords suitcase tool kits are great. I'd be inclined to buy the bigger ones for little extra money though.

You'll need a 10mm socket with a small extension on a 1/4 drive ratchet :)

It's certainly worth trying with your hands before you go out and buy something. It's free to try and you can actually wedge your hand behind the fuel rail guard (although it's only 2x 10mm nuts to remove it) and will only take you 5 mins to check.

Mtec bulbs or Osram Nightbreaker unlimited. The Mtec's are actually a better light output from my experience as I've had both. These will be the best option you got without going to HID's. You'll want HB3/9005 bulbs.

@Filters Sabelt wheel looks great. I kind of miss mine but the material doesn't stay like that unfortunately.

Try getting it off by hand as they should be hand tight. Failing that you could use a long screwdriver and pierce it with and use it as a lever. Old skool style!

No, titanium was the more popular silver on the ph1's with over a 1000 made (can't remember the full number) They made 99 iceberg silver ph1's.
