an accident, is as you say, an accident. i think some people do drive like dicks, but its not always people driving too fast. Round Norfolk way there are FAR too many dangerous vehicles on the road. Tractors, traveling about 10MPH, leaving dirt all over the road, causing massive tailbacks...
