Rob, look underneath & see if antiroll bars etc are dry, had similar probs with VAG, sprayed WD40 on certain areas & cured it. Only had good experiences with Archie Moss myself.

Thats rubbish, i've been using these for 8 years now. 800 lumens in a normal lounge in daytime you would be washing out. The min we use is 2000 & even they are out of date now.

Keep your plasma. Waste of time buying svga proj, you need 2000 lumens min, more the better. They are noisey in small rooms, no need for high res screen ( gain) just matt white paint a wall. Dark rooms best, in bright sunlight need 4000 lumens or more.

Cheap & good in the same sentence never works. Replace the contis, i never had any worries with them. Some of the other you mention are crap.

Just add it to the; 8k trophy on ebay. Maz's car on pistonheads, 6K V6 on ebay etc etc etc. There is always a reason as to why something is cheap :slap: :cry: :argue:

If you have seats & runners, build them up. Then it's just a case of four nuts under car, lift out & replace for each seat. Renault replaced my runners in less than 30m.
