I took 4 new tyres on alloy wheels to a local place, they stripped them, stripped the old ones off the wifes car, then fitted them on her rims & balanced them. £40.

I had a thread about stone chip protectors a while back. The area in front of rear arches. As we speak a company is looking into making up a kit for me. As & when i get more info i'll pass it on.

Lift bonnet, remove sound pad, unclip pipe. Either get a bike pump & blow in opposite direction, or turn & remove whole jet.
