How? You can generally time it by counting along with the lights. Otherwise, just compromise and click when green has already gone...? It can be a bit fiddly, my mouse at work and home are different, but you should only foul if you're trying to nail a perfect score.

Are you clicking on the work bay for different jobs? Don't waste your initial money on decorative stuff, just the basics. Bear in mind you have a better chance of winning races if you mod your car. And if you mod the car, you get experience points which ups the levels (where you get free money...
