lol!
I've owned phase 1 172 and 182FF and they both appealed to me, the 'normal' 172 phase 2 doesn't appeal in anyway to me at all for some reason, probably a colour thing as I have no interest in black or silver 182's either really.
the phase 1's just look better in any colour and mk1's look...
if you live on a snowy estate, and if its anything like mine on a steep ass hill, buy proper snow tyres
not that I do, I just grip it and rip it then abandon the car however far up or down I make it :)
loosing your job over? what a load of crock
I've never ever bought tyres from a tyre 'place' I always buy part worns on dodgy ebay deals and local place always fit them for me, and never bat an eyelid and that goes for every local place I've ever lived....well locally to over the years
Cliosport sticker, looked stock bar perhaps little bit of lows :)
I was in lovely green pug 106 derv chock full of mk1 parts doing about 13mph in slow lane as you flew by!
mine have all been fine bar the silly modified one, the standard williams'172's/182's have all been great and only expenditure bar servicing etc has been small mods, never repairs really.
I don't understand people who say 'do nothing' or 'whats the point buy a sport'
perhaps cutting your teeth in the modifying world when you've just bought your first car isn't something you people approve of, but to me it was exciting pimping up my first little clio, and I had it for 4 years...
I have 15mm per side fronts and 10mm per side rears. they are fine on the standard ET43 cup wheels, but on the ET37 Williams 15's they scrub on bouncy bumps!
no camber though on mine, they are standard hub type spacers, not the bolt behind shims
theres not much difference in rolling radius from a 205/45 R16 to a 195/50 R15 tyre (most popular fit on each rim size usually) so there little difference from that perspective in terms of outright acceleration performance
however, the lighter 15's will reduce unsprung weight which should...
good stuff :)
an no one is ever let out with the age card, doesn't stop some truly god awful mods, middle aged bloke round my way with a R33 Skyline GTS-T is testament to that
really? I thought the xenon ones were light tbh, not much more than a couple of kg each max, so I doubt just a ballast, bulb and optic will way that much more and certainly not a kilo...surely??!lol!
I am used to heavy ass glass mk1 headlights tho so its a surprise to me anyway how light the...
still shouldn't hit, perhaps its hanging too high? maybe the hangars on the exhaust itself aren't quite right? is there any adjustment on them at all? or solid welded?
I wouldn't chop the bumper, the trims wont fit right then and it'll look a dogs dick
