Just contact a team for experience, probably quite easy! One of our guys is only 14, he just does the easy stuff no one else wants to do. Another guy started out as a boat builder and is now one of the best guys in the team because he can adapt well.

Yeah, basically that is because it was a rush job. Once it has its race in November, it will be go back down to a shell and built up again. It will be getting a new gearbox, engine and some aero changes.
