go for the 1.4 dyna - they are really nice cars and have qwuite a good pace but are cheap to run. dont get a saxo - they are the pinacle in chavness and are made of cardboard - not good if your unfortunate to be in a crash

air con is nice but you cant beat open windows and a good breeze. Plus i dont use my aircon that much - gave me a sore throat for a few hours the other day - lol
