A cup was the only car I'd ever considered changing to. One came up that I knew all about so jumped at the chance :)
Rear lights will be staying on the car, the original ones just don't go with the ph2 rear end.
Do you still have the original battery fitted?
My Ph1 did this at work leaving me stranded 30 miles from home, immobiliser kicked in rendering me immobile, ended up being towed to Renault who fitted a new battery which sorted it.
