Thanks for all the links above :) I like the 4300k ones but im worried they'll be a bit dim and looking at the 6000k i think the will go well with my iceberg 172 :)
I've decided to go for these:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/200962964560 (HB3 35w 6000k for the dual optics)...
The colour on my xenons on my old 182 was perfect so i'd like close to that. I had a look at your light thread @McGherkin and was happy with that.
@The Russian Ph1 looks good too, that was my inspiration to do it ;) However it was a plan to do at a later date but now i need to as im a...
No worries pal! I was on break at the time so thought i'd post up.
Feel free to link up in heer or via PM ;)
With regards to fitting, is it a bumper off job? And seen as I've already got dual optics on my ph1, is the HID kit a straight plug-in job?
On the way to work this morning I noticed that my passenger main light has gone. I asked Jacob the Russian off here what he had and he linked me this:

He was pretty sure he's was HB3 and 6000k. Can someone confirm this is correct...
The interior rattle had rattled before Dan.
I felt that the mount is slightly loose on the 3rd mount bolt and when its pushed up it stops so i think its the mount rattling against the underneath of the body.
Not sure mate. I got 2 parts of the connectors into the original (power lead and the small yellow connector) but the 3rd doesnt fit. I got to admit its been a long time since i fiddled with car audio.
Too late Steve. However the seats have seen better days regardless and have got a few marks...
No need now chaps.
Thanks Ash. No big plans in terms of power. Id like over time to get it mint with parts of the body resprayed. I'd like it to be a OEM+ car that will eventually be a very clean car. Thats the aim but it will be a while before it gets there.
Slowly but surely bobby.
Decided to get a few more things i wanted to have a look at, done today.
Firstly i went out this morning to the jetwash to give it a quick clean:

I don't think so mate. Make sure you have a few razors though ;)
Thanks Austin :) Got a lot if work to do on this one but we'll get there. I sold mine to azza_ off here and he keeps looking at yours for inspiration :)
No worries mate, I knew you was busy. I've done it this way before but I...
Im led to believe you just take a razor to them. Ive got a few disposables so i shall give it a go, hopefully tomorrow. There is a few threads on it.
Tbh my seats have seen better days but it should look better after i shave them untill i get a mint set.
Jobs that still need to be done are:
Remove CD player residue. The Russian. said that it was a ball ache..... he wasn't wrong! lol Ive got most of it off but im just doing it here and there as its a long and boring job!
Shave seats and bobbly bits on door cards.
Remove door cards and see...
Did a few jobs today. Unfortunately i feel like crap and being in the cold didn't help but some jobs done are better than no jobs done.

First job was to tackle the front bumper as its sagging on the drivers side. Jacked up and removed the inner arch...
Got your memo ;)
Looking good. Makes a big difference to the way the front looks :)
Im thinking of getting a HID kit like The Russian. has on he's. Have you thought of doing the same?
