Tut tut. Well i was thinking of ordering seals, nipples and pistons as ive got sliders with the spare set of calipers. I'll be doing this on the spare set while my car is still usable then replace the current ones once they are rebuilt and sell the old ones back on.
How much did it all cost you...
barrythecat Good stuff mate. I can meet you at along route if that's easier and travel to he's together if you wanted?
PM your route and I'll think of a place we can meet :)
@barrythecat Fancy popping down this sat? Can meet a few members and also speak to the SE rep @Kyle 86 about future meets and maybe we can convince @dmallett the EoE rep to pop down and kill 3 birds with one stone.
I have the ones in the second link and had the same in my 182. When I first got my 172 they had ones from the first link and didn't fit right.
These are what's in atm and fit perfect (2nd link)

And when I first got the car (1st link)...
They are not worth that much these days and if you still enjoy it then it's worth spending the money on it and keeping it.
If you sell it without the belts being done then its worth naff all anyway.
For solid engine and gearbox mounts get Vibratechnics.
Demon tweeks sell them and so do ktec. Same design, but ktec's are black powder coated.

^ Correct.
Also speak to Renault Wolverhampton off here as the number plate bulb holder is cheaper from them:

Genuine rear discs have bearings already fitted so of its rears you need you'll kill 2 birds with 1 stone.
@g172 will sort you out all the brakes you need rather than buying off eBay.
@Bobby. I think that's the best plan bobby mate. Will give it a go on sat. Luckily enough all tyres have pretty much the same tread all round and aren't rotational.
@The Russian. It's a genuine Renault one from Renault Wolverhampton Jacob. I believe its the redesigned one that is stronger...
Maybe we'll have a go sat? It'll get balanced once the shims are fitted anyway. Tbh the full set of wheels need a refurb but that will done later in the year/next year.
Agree mate. I'll get some more pics up for you mate when i get a mo.
