Sure signs of rear shocks. There cheap enough for new ones and its best to replace both at the same time. You could always remove the rear shocks and push them down to see the compression. That way you'll know if its them or not before buying new ones.

As Danny said, bit of a bugger but glad it's sorted/getting sorted. What did you paint the fronts with?
