good stuff Kev.
Great to see you're finally there, bet it drives a lot nicer now too.
Fact of the matter is k-tec sell it as a drive in drive out kit...
where as a matter of fact it's more of a drive in, drive out, then continually hassle them for quirks with the way the car drives until...
water pumps on aux belt so no biggy. Gray, water pump on mine went last year..it's the seal that goes normally if it's not been changed
HG on the other hand is news to me, they don't really go
if you're getting the diff bearing done you're better off getting the box refurbished whilst you're at it. Although if the diff bearing is on it's way out it's normally a whine in or out of drive
Re: My Phase 1 ITB Daily Runner
that would be a right result. Never been a fan of wrapping but can't moan for free. Get some mad patterns..always been a fan of the cow patch look lol
Re: My Phase 1 ITB Daily Runner
don't be daft, I'd have the B brothers engine thanks ;)
Yeah about the whole grey thing..sure I can't tempt you with a nice shade of green? Or baby blue lol x
not uncommon especially if the disks are are fairly old. Just one of those things
It's when you're trying to fix something else and then that happens that you feel like setting yourself on fire lol
Thought that was my engine for a second lol!
These half a job Bobs shouldn't take on the work if they're just gonna f**k with people all the time
At least you can get it sorted now fella. (Should also always do a HPI check when buying privately)
low air feed is just asking for trouble - if I hadn't the original box on my ph1 when I hit the er "puddle" my engine would of been well and truly fucked. Do not bother
