Yes, you can be the policy holder on someone elses car with their permission. It does make it ever so slightly dearer but not by much.

I've never seen a 1*2 on lpg, lets face it, why would you? Who buys a hot-hatch to worry about economy? It just so happens that it happens to be a freak of a thing with regard to fuel economy.
