Do You have your CAF (10cm?) just pointed towards the bottom, or just below the battery ?
I have done a phase 1 airbox (two 63mm feeds) ,and routed the cafs all the way down to the original phase 2 location , by the horn. Only prob is; when i have to change a lightbulb, i'll have to be...
i tried these in the shop; very comfy ! Almost bought these (Evo 2) because they look f**king lovely. But for daily getting in + out the car they're very deep, and you'll need different buckles
Weigh about 7,5 kg ! good mod !
Black would have been the best...
They're Roadsters . Yep i'm using the OEM buckles
These are semi-buckets, makes the getting in + out a lot easier ! Also the seatbelts do'nt rub the seats, top or bottom !
I think full buckets are chavvy :o unless you do track ofcourse
Going out this...
Thanks for the replies, guys :)
Yes , these are Sparco seats, They were the last ones... Sparco have stopped making them. Would have gotten them in black but the last two black ones were sold before i could get my hands on 'em..
Those spacers are sooooooooooo fat; i think you'll have problems in future when driving hard etc.. Puts stress on bearings etc. because you've changed the ET by a lot.
Maybe i'm wrong; it certainly looks very good :approve:
Next daylight . Hope it'll still be clean, as i feel like taking her out for a evening thrash-session + lots of musquitos will find their doom on my bumper+bonnet
Yeh thought it would be chavvy too, but in real life they look quite okay.. The blue is leather (prob. chickenleather) . WHen i saw them on ebay the colour was even lighter and never thought i would mount them the way they were.. turned out to be darker .
6,3 kg seats btw :)
Long time ago i posted some pics off ebay to see what some of you thought about these seats, well they're finally in there :D It turns out the color was (almost) spot on; the pics on ebay did'nt show the right color !
I'll post them again tommorow, my handy could'nt do the job with the...
^^ i stand corrected ! Last week i got myself new mounts all round and someone at the Renault told me about the oil-filles ones, thought they were of another model though.
I remember my friend the legend driving the v6.... not for long , it could'nt take his driving . Engine overheated
The Williams here in Holland is still talked about; hardly average
The v6 , Williams , Cup all not so average cars in my opinion
jeez it's the final episode ; death star splits in two.. (like the hood)
I especially admire the exhaust-tips, every Vee should have em like this !
:clown: :clown: :clown: :clown:
The back mount looks fine, the way it should be !
I've got a bit of a prob with mine, a stealth (bit too low), am going to heat up the hangers and bend them so it will come further up.
the leaky bit you were talking about ; Two weeks ago a mechanic at Renault told me about this, they change the part when seeing this. Although the Sport models have solid ones, other models have em filled with oil ? Something in that matter
i think it's busted..
You have a 1.4 so must have a little less stress on the mounts than a 172/182, but i'll be changing all my mounts this week for the SECOND time in 65k.
The mounts are no good/do'nt last that long from Reno
^^ then he must be thinking it's km per hour , not mph ?
I've just been on a little motorway trip, when i trie to do this in third and fourth gear, mine wo'nt make it.. seems i have to shift earlier ?? I think i really need my fifth gear to go to 120+mph
I remember Alpers thread , did'nt...
