Yes. Whichever version of Windows 7 or 8 it comes with, you're entitled to upgrade to the equivalent Windows 10 version for free. There is a slight caveat that you need to upgrade within the next year (well, probably 360 days now) in order to get it free, but most people will do that anyway.
