i drove my coilovered one for the last time 2 weeks ago before it went, it was so slow but a hoot to drive! never smiled so much going down a backroad. it had the old smashed out cat jobbie too coz i couldnt find a decat for it lol
then took 172 a run n shouted "oh ya b*****d" when i floored...
i miss my 1.2 dynamique but its just because it was modded the way i wanted it, now that im starting to get the 172 the way i want it im enjoying it and starting to forget how awesome coilovers are!

i ran over a fat b*****d of a cat in my old 1.2 with the coilovers set to their stiffest setting the fuking thing went up on 2 wheels! was not a nice feeling!
also came flying round a bend once to hear my mate scream "famous grouse" and my splitter de'headed the poor thing, i thought you could...

so far its got the sportlines, cup splitter, civic type R ariel, osram diadem indicator bulbs up front, standard uk plates from fancy plates.co.uk (look much cleaner stuck on rather than the screwed on...

yeah thats the one john lights have been changed tho!? cant see their been 2 identical? maby tho u know what birds wi spare cash are like.
imo a hot hatch is when a manufacturer takes its economical non performance car (clio, corsa, saxo, 106, starlet, 205 etc) and develops it to handle well and sticks a resonably powerfull engine in it (something thats MUCH MUCH more powerful than that cars ever going to need for the purpose it...
if you floor it off the lights in the wet then its going to cut in, i find in the dry tho it cuts in when it really shouldnt when launching and you get a better start if its off.
i only use it for when im not driving hard and something catches me out such as surface water etc
