I saw a Type R for the first time last week, is it any different externally from the other sporty models? I only noticed because he had the red 'H,' and was driving like a loon.
It certainly is quick, disguises it's weight well on the run!
Sorry i didn't make it, but i didn't have a car and i'm a terrible passenger so i didn't really see the point.
Catch you next time.
I think it is remarkable that people write off 4 pots without clearly trying a car with them on, how can you be the judge of it?
I think the standard brakes are terrible, i've never felt comfortable with them. I would have bought the same kit, if it wasn't for the lack of dust seals.
Why bother, the xenons aren't any good. It would be for cosmetic reasons, and i'd question the sanity of spending that much money on something no one else would even notice.
That rally day is on their vids page...lol.
This Knockhill vid shows him take ages to get past an Impreza and then spin trying to stay ahead

Awesome car though.
Just compare it to whats on Autotrader.
People on here are cheap and only advertise the free way, normally resulting in them lowering the price because there are far less people looking than on Autotrader. A false economy i think.
I'd have to feather the doors, as i'm a bit ANAL with that sort of thing. I was told Vauxhall say you have to respray the whole car. Same thing with the very bright Mandarin Orange which i would of loved to of had!
Wouldn't mind getting it resprayed in Lotus Krypton Green!
Miltek flatter to decieve. Their exhausts are nothing special whatsoever.
Not everyone can afford the BTB exhaust but so long as you define 'best' as best built and best performance then you can't argue with it. I find it funny that people think £550 is actually a lot for a cat back exhaust. As...
You live and learn. The main thing is that you've lived to tell the tale!
Damage looks pretty superficial, as long as there is no suspension/wheel damage i'd be inclined to leave most of it and get it properly sorted when you sell the car.
Pull me over Seb and i might let you have a go...lol.
Not sure about Plans' hourly rate. Probably not the cleverest thing but basically they are going to source a hardtop, sort trim tear, tidy exterior, refurb wheels, service it and fit new brakes.
Just been reading the throttle body thread on...
Not as scientific as i'd like but i did a before and after R/R test at Bexley Motor Works before Christmas. Basically i used Texaco 95 one week and V Power the other week and there was a difference in power, torque and economy. Nothing amazing but the improved economy almost made up for the...
The font is supposed to be standard! I thought it looked different too though...
The NSX is eligible for the Mid-Engined Series (http://www.midenginedsportscars.com), which has Nobles, Exigies, Ferraris etc. My dad and i have done a couple of endurances but now it's more of a driver development...
I hate them... that particular frequency makes my eardrums feel like they're going to burst! Same with the Corvette C5R.
I don't think you can get louder than F1 cars from the 80s.
The problem is whatever Renault say there is no heritage. Saying they are Gordini stripes doesn't mean a thing to anyone.
So, to Joe Public, you have just bought some white insulation tape and covered your car in it. What do you expect really?
I'd certainly never put them on. I remember when i...
