When i changed mine i took the air con pipe off with a 10MM spanner and used a filter removal tool and as for the sump there was a little cover witch just uncliped and i used a square bar from a door handle internal mechinisam. Leeshez

Oh i just pres the auto button, unless the windows are steamed up then i press the screen button.

When frosty in the morning mine stays low then slowly goes on fast and when the car gets warm it slows down again.
