Great thread - loved it so far. So jealous of your engine bay! I wish I had a place to drop the engine and clean it up myself, though I presume I would be breaking several underground parking laws!
Yep - the lack of blue spray in the interior would bug me too. Also, your headlights need...
Good thread!
I might try and get something uploaded with ShadowPlay today. I'm dropping the recording spec to 720p at the absolute best as my slow broadband will take an age to upload anything bigger.
That's one of the big draws with Warframe for me. Only a small fraction of the game is PvP - and can be totally ignored, if you so wish. I tried it once - killed a few and died a lot. Just pointless - especially up against the Mastercard Kiddies who rinse their parental's credit card and have...
Pretty much new to it - just dabbled with a few basic flow charts. I can't seem to be able to edit the Title header when I insert a Border & Title.
It must be a really straight-forward fix - but I can't see it and Google hasn't been much help!
Cheers,
D.
I remember those from back in the day, Andy. They did the Operation Overlord games, didn't they? Looked very good for their time, iirc too.
The original Falcon by Spectrum Holobyte was jaw-dropping at the time. I remember having my trusty 'ol C64 and my m8 having Falcon on his Amiga. The...
Have you tried War Thunder? Free to download - quite arcadey in feel - but full of active players.
You can either play in tank vs tank battles - or go in the air - take on other fighter aircraft or go in the ground attack role against the tanks.
Depends how heavy-duty to want to go. There are...
Could be tricky m8! :P
I do want to try some testing for the lolz though. Like the Quake3 engine or something similar. I tried the original Medal of Hono(u)r from 2002 the other day and as soon as I maxed the settings out, the bottom half of the screen went black. Clearly the concept of SLi...
Connected the monitor properly last weekend. Now have the full Quad-SLi recognised, rather than the 3-Way SLi as seen above. I love just how pointless having four GPUs in one PC actually is! :tongueout:
I wouldn't have thought a steering rack would make cracking noises on acceleration or braking though? I know the heat shield on my rack was catching and making a noise - it still does slightly now tbh. Either that, or my rack is on the way out!
Does look good for the money. I like the fact that it still retains iLo functionality. I just haven't got the need for a media server at home - I never have. Yet.
Having maxed out the Volt Warframe, I'm nearly there with the Nekros as well. Polarised and with the four skills maxed, it's a very good support class Warframe...
I think only the arrival of GTAV for the PC could divert me from this at the minute!
Looking forward to using K&M on this, tbh. Driving on the 360 version was great with the pad and walking about wasn't too bad. But I couldn't aim for s**t with the guns - frustratingly so.
The CV boots on these are a joke. Such a flimsy method of staying attached to a hub that is forever pulling on one side or the other.
Then nice, warm CV grease drips out of the boot onto the inside of the front alloys. That cools (or gets splattered all around the alloy if its moving) and starts...
My first golf game was on the Atari 2600 - and yep, it was crap!
I had one on the C-64, but can't remember the name of it.
The one I played the most was the original PGA Tour Golf on the Amiga - along with the expansion packs. I then switched that game to the PC and although I tried the Links...
The whole multi-GPU thing varies massively on make, model and drivers. My single GTX690 (which is two GTX680 GPUs on one card) played one of the later Metro games brilliantly - with most of the bells and whistles on. Then bit by bit (over a period of about 10 minutes) - the game got...
Have 4 & 5K monitors really got a bad rep at the minute? Read the article in the back of this month's Custom PC and the bloke was saying that through the DisplayPort - they suffer extremely bad screen tearing?
Can anyone vouch for this?
