was out in chesterfield tonight in my mates black focus, and spotted percy in the town centre, and then on the derby road spotted a trophy, and a nice mk1 172 in black
so good spotting lol :)
u need to go to your local graphics place, i'm gonna be getting some made up in the next week, as im doing a a couple of engine covers for people so if they come out alright i'll send u one for a quid or summit depending on how much they are lol
ooo never seen this one about, did u see what type of wheels they were? and what were u doing up fez u cant go there with a nice car its against the rules lol
agree^ like i said, sometimes its cheaper to buy the wheels first, say if something comes up, or you need new tyres. not everyone wants to slam their clio anyway, due to warranty issues etc etc no one notices in the real world if you have a lowered clio on springs, yet if you put wheels on it...
looks good, told you it was easy ;) one word of warning though, in this weather i'd be a bit careful with touching etc, until at least about 48 hours after spraying, with it being cellulose it takes ages to cure and with the c***s u get on carparks they may get damaged.
the detail on the...
let us know if it works patty, seriously you dont need the samples the weeve in the carbon is mint. If you look on the full rear pic of my car, its the carbon thats behind the number plate. heres the pm anyhow ;)
Basically it involved buying carbon fibre mat (nasty stuff), resin and hardener...
..you can actually get a set of 15's, like them, for not much more than a new set of tyres which is why most people are tempted by alloys first.
i know both myself and my gf have 'upgraded' to alloys when we need new tyres as it does represent good vfm depending on how well you buy...
lmfao^ who says i dont like gay p**n ;)
seriously its a proper arse. i've pmd patty an explanation of how to do it and a contact email if anyone wants it i'll paste the pm here :) close up pic
yeah it was about then! didnt catch the reg, you'd just gone past one of the 1st annoying little roundabouts coming into cheadle. i could have sworn the driver waved at me though, maybe the heat was sending me funny lol
btw this is cheadle stoke, not the one by manchester lol
when im on the motorway i find its better from a mpg point of view, to have the windows up and the air con on. however, whilst pottering around town for a couple of hours my 1.2 averaged 36 with the air con on :S
in all honesty ive only dealt with k-tec on three previous occassions (all mail order) and ive been able to criticise them on all 3 occassions. however, when i was in dorset i popped in to see david about some 4 pots and have to say i was really impressed with how helpful and nice they all...
looks good mate, looks like i'm starting a trend ;) they are a mare to keep clean however as soon as you've sprayed em get about an inch of wax on them or the brake dust will tarnish them in no time. Also not sure how long spraying will last without discolouring? will look mint anyhow :)
oh...
