Trail braking is essentially learning to left foot brake. Basically it is the transition from having full braking to no braking by the time you get to the apex of the corner (at which point you are then starting to accelerate).
In a FWD when you brake it is throwing all weight forward, then...
VWSaxon, i think the problem is people tend to just reply to orginal post, clearly you made a mistake by saying 'spun' when you should of said you lost the back end.
Even so, to get into trouble on the road 90% of the time means you were going to fast for the conditions. Perhaps you may of hit...
Yeah, they did.
I think the US Spec E43 has about 10bhp less, but bear in mind they use 91RON over there, so the engine is probably exactly the same, just the mapping is different.
Mental vid! I miss the sound of the that M3 engine!
I am pretty sure the Cups have a different caster angle though as i read they had a longer wheelbase. (i.e positive caster).
T23PHY - that would be great
A proper original then! Even the 15" wheels! I'd like a perfect original someday.
The NSX has a huge spoiler on at the moment so i had forgotten how they had looked like!
My dad bought it second so didn't get that level of customer service, the clutch did go on the first day though ;)
You can pick up average mileage Cups for £6k though. £9k is dreaming, you could get a nearly new 182 for that!
Did a search on Google for an explanation and got to this on Piston Heads:
"Cat C cars can have been absolutely slaughtered, believe me/ I would not buy anything that was classified...
I remember you saying you had an NSX Brian. Had this 2 years in the family, bought it a year ago from my dad after selling my Mini, i run it as 'corporate entertainment' on the company. I can't insure it on the road so it is a pure track car, which is why unless you see me at a trackday nobody...
CAT C is quite serious isn't it?
Only having done 10k is great...but no servicing! Does that mean it's just been sitting around? Personally i would pay £4k max.
Was wondering how difficult this?
Noticed mine is pretty shiney and looks really cheap now, defo needs replacing! I don't want an aftermarket, i would just swap it for a new Renault one.
I imagine it's quite hard to find a actual mint ones these days? Is annoying when people make stuff up though... surely they realise you won't want to buy it after blagging like that!
