WHAT SUSPENTION DO THEY COME WITH STANDARD? IV GOT GAZ ON MY 172 ATM
You ordered a car you know nothing about?
No its perfect now it doesnt go anywhere... I need the QD for the push bike now ;)
I use it after washing the car after using 2 bucket method & wash mit to remove the water marks... works a treat - spray on then use a microfibre cloth to wipe off.
So are you saying that if I use a mixture of zymol car shampoo and water I could effectively use it instead of the meg QD as a temporary measure?
Ive ran out and I desperately need some today

mines made from rattles, not sure how or what that consists of but hey
Your 50 pence coin shaped tyres wont help either Pete ;)
Mine did this shortly before I had to call the AA and be towed to a Renault Garage.
My battery had gone flat as the alternator wouldnt charge.
Worse case scenario mind, Id go with 182_blues suggestion ;)

Only driven 1 ph1 172 and my 172, and a few 182s. The ph1 didnt have the noticable surge the others have.
What you on about man?
Ive driven all 3 and power delivery is the same on pretty much all of them... the one you...
Use the secondry mount, just the one is not enough due to the weight of it!
Only problem I had with rattles was due to the heatshield knocking.
In fact get a new bracket from renault if its perished - £20 max.
Just called the garage who are currently MOTing my car.
They have noticed that the rear wheels are fouling the inner wheel arch liner so currenty cannot pass it.
I know the offset of the Mk1 172 rims means that it runs close and Ive told them its a known problem but Id be interested to see...
