if you played 40 games without paying for them then you probably deserved to have it break on you and have to buy another one if you can't fix it, thats a lot of money you've denied them.
Also, I find it hard to believe you have completed 40 games, whats your gamer tag so I can check it out...
been a while since i bought mine so unfortunately i can't remember but then thinking about it i have had it on two laptops and this one i definitely didn't install a cd so it works with XP. As yours is brand new the driver may not be in XP, try getting it from the sony site, think their storage...
i've got the n73, i had the same same choice and it was always going to be the nokia, the SE is more aimed at teenagers whereas the the n73 is more a businessmans phone, it does everything i want and my orange version has had no problems whatsoever, its not slow at all, runs tomtom perfectly...

i heard the other day that McDonalds is the worlds biggest supplier of toys. Apparently all the happy meals they sell with toys in makes them the worlds no.1 for toy sales.
