thought the centre caps were normally made of plastic? although would not surprise me in the slightest if they'd found a cheaper metal to make them out of lol
looks good, glad you decdied to keep the chromes :)
is it me or does the head unit not sit in the dash properly? i assume thats on the list for FCS ;) also thought you were getting your sides and spoiler properly sprayed?
lmfao! if it wasnt for renaults shoddy unsafe wiring on the 1.2 16vs i would...... honestly :clown:
i think you should come round and show me how its done ;)
^ shows that the work of your bodyshop must be pretty damn good ;) i had a small section on my front bumper filled and it sagged within a month! Car looks great, always nice to see people working on their own cars, part of the fun of modifying if you ask me. Work looks top notch as well ;)
the anthracite turinis look really good, always thought anthracite was the best colour with a silver car, sets it off nicely! cant wait to see the finished article ;)
if you really havta get springs without uprated dampers, from that list apex. although i dont know why people dont just buy uprated shocks to start with as you standards will only fook up after time anyway
cliospares.co.uk will supply and arrange to have the parts painted for you. then deliver if need be

joshydee - doesnt all the bodykit premium on your insurance put it up a tonne anyway? i know now i'm paying group 6 insurance with all my mods and with yours being a 1.4 to start it would put it up to a group 8?
tbh i prefer the colourcoded look to a 172 lookalike but both look mint examples. as said above yours looks spot on harry, cant wait to see it at FCS ;)
lots of sandpaper (ideally an electric one to get the bumps off the plastic bits), primer, black, and laquer (spray cans are fine). I also use leveller ontop of the laquer to get rid of some of the bumps. U need to do it ideally in a heated garage, if not use a hairdryer to heat the paint as it...
there was a crashed 172 at a scrappys in nantwhich, clio GB got a load of parts off it. Cant remember whether it was rear end or front although part of me thinks its the front unfortunatly. otherwise keep trying cliospares they sometimes have them in.
ah fair dos then! girlfriend did that one her old car when he tyres were bald, often just as cheap. Def get the multispokes, then when you get the kit change em for summit bigger
yeah 200 quids a good price with new tyres. tbh though (and i never thought i'd say this) if your getting a kit you'd be better off just saving up and getting some bigger alloys as they're gonna be lost with a big kit.
