ok, i think this is wha most peoples problem is unless you have tweaked it. The reason you have this is that your upload speed is not capped and you are uploading way too fast and your internet will really have a major problem. Best is to limit your upload to say 170Kb/s for a 2mb line and...

not strictly true i don't think Lee, OEM, FPP and WWF (for open license and Select etc.) media are all different, the WWF doesn't require activation whereas the other two do but are also activated in different ways from memory.
