As far as I'm aware, it's every man for themselves when it comes to track insurance. If someone piles into you in a braking zone and you don't have insurance, then that's your problem. So in the same way if you hit someone else then it's their issue for not taking out insurance to cover...

Have a look in the North East section mate, there might be a thread organising a convoy down. If not though, and you're thinking about coming down the Friday then you're more than welcome to join on with us :smile: we'll be passing by Scotch Corner on our way down.

I've got a small crack on my front windscreen, way over passenger side so not near the drivers eyeline. Whats Javelin's policy on stuff like this? Don't fancy coming all the way down to get told I'm not getting on track but it's such a small thing to have to pay out my windscreen excess for :(

Nah there's no give at all. Just a case of trial and error if you take the sliders out.

Bolts to bolt the subframes to the car. Simples. Not sure what bolt size for the subframes, not near the car so can't check. M8 rings a bell though. I done away with the runners so used the bolts for those to attach the seat to subframe. If you want to keep them you'd need other bolts

Thought I recognised that workshop lol, Progrip are 2 minutes round the road from me. Did you toy with selling this a few months back? Sure I seen the car on a post on the CS Scotland fb page. Plans sound awesome though, will be keeping an eye on this one.

Welcome mate! As Danny says we try and keep the meets fairly regular. Keep an eye in the Scottish section and there'll be a few coming up in the near future. Also got cliosport saturday coming up at the start of August if you fancied that! Will be a few of us convoying down to it [emoji106]
