    New xenon's protection

Never tried this myself, but I've heard of people using tint film to protect them, just really light stuff. 10% tint or something

washer jets someone shed a little light thanks guys

Wish I'd known this before I fitted my headlight washers :( the regulations I read online stated they were necessary for HID lights nowadays!

washer jets someone shed a little light thanks guys

I done it a few weeks back. You need the washer bottle as you need the two pumps, and then the tubing to run to either washer jet. After this there's a good chance you'll need to get it onto a CLIP computer (I had to) to get the connection to the headlight washer pump activated. It's controlled...

Cheers for the input guys, only just read this there so I ended up cable tying it to various points to hold it in place, done the job anyway.

Cheers mate, that was what I was worried about. Any suggestions on ways to tie it up or places to tie it to?

Front hub removal. What to do with driveshaft?

Planning on having a go at replacing the front n/s wheel bearing on my dci tomorrow, and since I don't have a press I was going to take the whole hub assembly off and down to my local garage and get them to press out the old bearing and put the new one in. My only problem is when I was changing...

    dCi 65 wiring diagram

It should only be a 20A relay so you should be able to get one from most independent car shops or even eBay

Re: This Nilfisk C110 seems a good deal but is it worth going for a more powerful mod I went for this one http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/washing-and-drying/snow-foam-lance-various-fittings/prod_371.html Not had a chance to try it out properly on my car yet but it gets good reviews. Not sure if...

    sburrell's dci 100

Just a quick update on some stuff I've ordered/received for the car. Came in from work today to be greeted by these, courtesy of G172 on here! Hoping to get these fitted next week and sort out my sticking caliper at the same time. Treated myself to a Nilfisk C110 power wash and a snowfoam...

This Nilfisk C110 seems a good deal but is it worth going for a more powerful model ?

Re: This Nilfisk C110 seems a good deal but is it worth going for a more powerful mod I bought one of those this week, arrived today along with my snowfoam adaptor (the bottle supplied with it won't work with snowfoam) and i'm more than happy with it! The nozzles you get are pretty decent too

    sburrell's dci 100

Cheers mate! I'm sure those wipers were one of the first things I done to my car, then it just went from there lol! I'm not really sure about the rear dampers. I think the sport and non-sport dampers are the same fitment, it's just one bolt at the top and one at the bottom. I think the...

    Headlight help please

It should just pop back in yeah. The adjuster is the ball part and it clicks into a sort of 'n' shaped socket, so it just clips in from the bottom. Push up and you should feel it pop into place
