My fears for BC2 Vietnam have been vindicated yet again on another shite two rounds of Isla Somethingcentres map on BC2. What an absolute pile of pap that map really is. Enemies you see in the distance don't get spotted - firing on them gets halted by trees and undergrowth. Vehicles are 110%...
Well, those sad enough (i.e me) to have bought this via Steam have been given a free upgrade to Railworks 2. They've overhauled the interface to make it MUCH more easier to pickup and play. Even I did well, aside from scoring a -250 for setting off while passengers were still boarding - lol.

You sir, were indeed correct!
Replaced all four discs today and with the rear replacements already including new bearings, the nosie has now disappeared. :)
Oh, and she stops a fair bit better too - the front discs were totally shot! :)

Re: Fallout : New Vegas - Released 22/10/2010
Same here. I'm intending to be a precision instrument of Evil in this game - what with being a soft arse Holier-than-Thou in the previous game.
I won't be following in Cookie's tracks however. Cookie appeared to terminate anything and everything...
What size are they? Torx-30 is too small and I'm VERY worried about shearing the bloody things. Whereas Torx-40 is too big.
Is it some daft size like a 32 or 35 or something that I don't have to hand? Seems crazy that they would use something as flimsy as Torx for something that requires a...
Re: Fallout : New Vegas - Released 22/10/2010
I agree in a lot of ways. I used to think it was a shame that people didn't put more time into games like this to fully appreciate them. But time is normally the issue - what with job/family/social interests - not many people are able (or wanting)...
Re: Fallout : New Vegas - Released 22/10/2010
I'd do the same. But the c***s at the supermarkets these days don't cater for The Superior Platform.
Spunk mops - the lot of them. :(

ROFL - I killed a Russian last night with the 40mm smoke grenade. I didn't bloody screenshot it either!
On Port Valdez as the Yanks at the first part of the defence, where you spawn behind that three storey concrete building. Looked to my left and the Russians had captured that building and...
Same here. The one thing I really, really hope that they retain from BF2 is the large number of character classes. I don't think they will - what with BF2142 and BC2 only having four classes each. But it would be great if they did. Anti-tank or engineer FTMFW! :)

Even this thread is over 2.5 years old - lol.
Its almost got to the point where no matter how flawless, how perfect a game it will be. Will anyone actually care?
I still think releasing Prologue was one of the worst things Polyphony (or Sony?) could have done. Within 2-3 months of the games'...
I guess it comes down to how well the game has been received and reviewed that dictates the price. Take StarCraft 2 on the PC. That's still £34.99 to buy in a lot of places - almost unprecedented in the PC market for that price.

To be fair Jason - you sound like you've got the patience of a Saint. The ONLY good thing about Blackberry's is the opportunity to use it with a BES server. As a day-to-day phone they are horrible to use - even setting them up for work users is enough for me. I think I'd be tipped over the edge...
I'll definitely be getting this as pretty much all COD campaigns have been great imo.
Just looked at pre ordering it. Feck paying £35 for it on the PC. Get stuffed. And the retail price on the consoles - £54.99?!?!?! Fecking ROFLCOPTER. I know people will end up getting it for much less, but...
Lol - it didn't run quite right on the PC version that bit, either. On the third and fourth attempts the guy appears out of the door (he didn't at all on the 2nd attempt :S) - but the group of blokes below did walk away randomly. On three goes, one of them stayed behind and on the fourth go, all...
Can you sneek past claymores in COD? On Battlefield 2142 they had a great feature (imo) where if you crouched and moved forward at walking pace, you could sneak past an armed claymore. Managed to plug a fair few camping snipers with that one - lol.

My 182 'box crunched occassionally when I first got it. I put that down to 'newness' but the problem went away immediately (and forever since) with a gearbox oil change.
It does sound a lot more specific an issue on the 200's though.

To be fair though, they are well out in the open and exposed. One opposing mortar strike, one LMG totting medic and maybe even a Carl Gustav with the explosive perk would nail all three?
Still..... lol
