Haha, back has been lifted a tad, it looked stupid before.
There's still another 105mm to wind down at the front though!
I was in your area the other week when I went to Birchdown, shame I didn't spot you around!
Very nice indeed
I prefer this colour scheme though :rasp:
You sir...
£25 pound jack from halfords. Win.
Doesn't even fit under the sideskirts of my car, let alone the sills! Driving onto some planks of wood is a lot cheaper than £70 though.
I think Gaz have revised the dampers, I replaced the rear dampers after getting them fitted, and the old ones that came off were slightly different to the new ones.
I'm sorry, am I not bleeting enough for you? :rasp:
Paradas, that's where it's at!
Standard suspension is underated imo though, you can't really go wrong with it, where as with coilovers, if you get the damping wrong, they can ruin a good ride, or bounce you right off the road.
I have been in many cars with coilovers, I'm not too sure why everyone slates Gaz! I've spent 2 weeks adjusting the damping every night to get the balance between springy and crashy just right, they're great now!
Hahaha, that run was awsome, bit of a trek to get to though from Matlock. We could head up there though if everyone wanted to make a day of it? Could invite the north west lot as well?
Doubt the weather would be great on the 20th though...
My light only came on after 6 weeks, if you've not had it long, the light will make an appearance;)
In regards to the OPs original question, you can stick a bolt in the decat pipe, where the second lambda sensor goes, and then tie the second lambda sensor under the car, leaving it plugged in...
Managed to get time to lower the front of the car today, spent a bit of time playing with ride height, and eventually found a height that I could still get out of my lane with :approve:
Apologies for the worlds worst phone pictures, I'll update at the weekend after it's had a wash...
Lol at stupidly low cars not being able to get onto the flat car park :rasp:
n0rm even managed to make it down a grass bank, i think he was riding across the grass on the sills?
Alport heights is a good shout, used to live up there, and it's within walking distance of my house :approve...
mmmm written off 182s, dont get me started.
Fair play to you though if you can get it fixed at a decent price. As long as the boot floors intact, and the roof is crease free, should be straight forward.
My ABS light came on because of a knackered ABS sensor, just get it plugged in on a diagnostic machine, quicker and easier than faffing about with "um it might be this or that"
Nice driving, although the number of spins you made Jord are enough to put me off taking the 182 on track.
I'm blaming you and whitely, for the fact that I'm now on autotrader looking for something cheap to track.
