Put the nuts back in a few turns (enough so the wheel wont come off, but enough for the wheel to stay on) then get in, start driving, wa-la, wheel off.
Dont drive anywhere fast/far, just backwards and forwards, the weight of the car will force it off.
It is standard mate yes, a fairly strong one i suppose, it was ran in 3rd for 172bhp and 4th for 176bhp. As said they're fairly good out the box, a Super/Turbo charger is the route to go if you want big power, ITB's (with cams) will see you 200bhp.
