T1R's are atrocious in the wet. A tyre only good for dry weather isnt a good tyre imo. Uniroyal rainsports are the best all round tyre ive driven on, found the v12's very so so.

Why are you replacing both? Its normally the down stream o2 sensor that causes MPG havoc

Spray the wheels, then go to Halfords and match the colour with a rattle can. They will have a colour to match it, failing that they will make your colour for you.

There is no doubt F1's are whats replacing the BBS's. Any idea what to sell the BBS's for? Mines are shagged :(

Right so gave it a clean and took stock of what's going to need done/doing. The window regulator on the passenger side needs changed and the one on the drivers side has the sound like its going the same way, ill just replace both i think. A boy i know's going to do the belts for me for £120...

Hi guys, on start up of the Phase 1 172, there seems to be a very slight squeak coming from the alternator belt maybe? As soon as the cars warm it goes away no problem, no other symptoms to report on? I gather replacing the belt will sort this out? Timing belt was done 30k ago btw. Thanks!
